“So, it’s when we begin to feel that our current ways of thinking and organizing are drying up in the sense that they’re not providing us with the appropriate thinking, the appropriate ways of coping, to deal with our reality that we’re then have to shift our resources. So, the challenge is; how quickly can you pick up that feedback, and how rapidly can you respond? The quicker you pick up the feedback and the more rapidly you respond, the less suffering and stress there will be on the way through.”
