There is a big difference between management and leadership, although I would prefer to qualify both as positions on a continuum. Management is about maintenance and leadership about making a difference—those are two different formulas. Both are needed for healthy growth.

Yesterday I came across the new 3D-bus as Chinese Designers Youzhou calls this new public transportation model looks. It is a bus shaped like a tunnel which spans the highway. It can use traditional (two-way lanes). It's 4m high with two levels: passengers board on the upper level while other vehicles lower than 2 m can go through under.
